Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW: A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancelling within the 48hour window of your appointment, a 50% fee of scheduled services is required to be paid prior to rebooking. If you do not show up for your appointment, a 50% fee of scheduled service is require to be paid prior to rebooking. REPEAT OFFENDERS: If you consistently cancel within 48hours or not show up for your appointments, after the third time, you will only be able to make appointments on a day-of basis. If there are no appointments available that day, you will be placed on a cancellation list.
